By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately after their publication on the website. Your continued use of the services after such changes are published constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

Vulnaly provides automated website security scanning services:

• Automated website security scanning
• Security vulnerability identification
• Website speed and performance analysis
• Detailed security report generation
• General recommendations provision

Important: Our services are for informational purposes only. We only check publicly accessible data and do not attempt to break into your website. Our scanner will not detect all possible vulnerabilities and does not guarantee complete protection from cyber threats.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide only website URLs that you own or have the right to scan.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Do not scan third-party websites without their explicit consent.
• Do not use our services for malicious purposes or to disrupt other systems.
• Do not sell, distribute or otherwise transfer our reports to third parties without our consent.
• Understand that our services are for informational purposes only and do not include consultations or technical support.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any user who violates these terms.

Our services are paid. Prices are indicated on the website and may be changed without prior notice. All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases where:

• The service was not provided due to our technical problems.
• The service has significant deficiencies that were not corrected within 24 hours of notification.
• Refund is required under applicable laws.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service purchase. We reserve the right to evaluate each refund request individually.

Payments are processed through the Stripe payment system. We do not store your payment card data. Your payment data handling is governed by Stripe's privacy policy and terms.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the services.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• That all vulnerabilities will be detected
• That your website will be completely secure after our scan
• That our recommendations will solve all security problems
• That services will be available 100% of the time

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct or indirect losses
• Data loss or business interruption
• Losses arising from your use of our services
• Third-party actions or decisions

Scanning process:

• Initial analysis is performed within 1 minute
• Comprehensive paid analysis is performed within 24-72 hours
• Reports are generated automatically
• Access code to the report is sent by email

Service availability: We strive to ensure maximum service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. There may be planned technical work or accidental disruptions.

Data security: We store your scan results for 2 years. After this period, the data is automatically deleted.
